Privacy policy.
We keep this short and honest: we collect what you choose to send us through our forms, plus basic, privacy-minded analytics about how the site is used — and we use it only to reply, to keep you posted on the TRMMS, and to improve the site.
What we collect
- What you give us. When you use the "Notify me" or Contact forms, we collect the name and email address you enter, and the message you send.
- Basic technical data. Like most sites, our host may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the service running and secure.
- Usage analytics. We use a privacy-minded analytics service (PostHog) to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors move through them, along with general device, browser, and approximate-location (from IP) information. We ask for your consent before any analytics cookies are set — decline and nothing is stored. It is not linked to your name unless you identify yourself through one of our forms.
How we use it
- To reply to your message.
- To notify you about TRMMS and related updates you asked for.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To measure how the site is used, so we can make it better.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
We rely on a small number of service providers to run this site. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party email relay, the site itself is served by our hosting provider, and usage analytics are processed by PostHog. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages and contact details for as long as needed to answer you and to send the updates you requested, and then no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from EA updates whenever you like.
- Decline analytics in the cookie banner (clear your cookies to be asked again), or use your browser's privacy settings such as "Do Not Track."
To make any of these requests, just contact us.
